Lifts are used for the vertical movement of pallets between different heights, playing a crucial role in optimizing logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
In our program, we have 3 different types of lifts:
Pneumatic lift 17DP
Electric lift 17DE
Spindle lift 17DV
Each of these lifts has its unique features and functionalities, catering to different operational requirements and providing tailored solutions for vertical transportation.
17DP utilizes a pneumatic cylinder for smooth and efficient movement of pallets, while the electric lift 17DE relies on chain lifting and a counterweight for reliable and precise vertical transfers. On the other hand, the worm gear lift 17DV utilizes a spindle mechanism that enables precise, controlled, and stable lifting, allowing for multiple stopping positions at different heights.
17DP pneumatic lift is used for shorter travel and allows only stopping at the initial and final positions. There are three types of pneumatic lifts:
Light pneumatic lift equipped with a PN cylinder and round linear guides,
Medium pneumatic lift equipped with a PN cylinder, linear rail guides, and linear carts,
Heavy pneumatic lift equipped with a PN cylinder, linear rail guides, linear carts, and pneumatic brakes.
17DE electric lift is used when there are significant height differences between position 1 and 2. With this lift, we can lift loads up to 6 meters or as per agreement with our technical team. It is equipped with a counterweight, an electric motor with brake, and a chain lifting system.
17DV lift with a spindle enables very accurate operation and offers several stopping positions. It is equipped with a spindle, an electric motor with brake, rail linear guides, and linear carts.
Conclusion:
Lifts play a crucial role in optimizing logistics operations and ensuring smooth flow of goods in the supply chain.
The pneumatic lift 17DP, electric lift 17DE, and worm gear lift 17DV represent different solutions for vertical transportation that adapt to specific needs and requirements.
Each elevator has its unique features that enable efficient and precise lifting of pallets at various heights. Together, they contribute to the effective functioning of logistics systems and ensure successful execution of logistical tasks.
